A multi-party framework for the provision of economic and regulation advisory services to Ervia Advice regarding/ 1) energy, telecoms and water services revenue reviews and economic matters; 2) energy, telecoms and water services efficiency analysis and benchmarking; 3) energy, telecoms and water services development of regulatory strategies; 4) energy, telecoms and water services market analysis, trends and assessment including energy wholesale and retail markets and low/zero carbon energy markets; 5) economic regulatory framework design; 6) cost of capital across telecom, energy, hydrogen, carbon capture and storage, decarbonisation and water sectors; 7) financial modelling across telecom, energy and water sectors; 8) energy, telecoms and water services network access and pricing. Advice with regards to non-payment issues; 22) appraisals, strategic assessments and economic advisory with regards to the Public Spending Code. In addition to the above, it is envisaged that this framework will support the economic or regulation advisory needs across Ervia and its subsidiaries for any emerging issues on an ad-hoc basis.
