Tender description

The University of Edinburgh requires consultancy services for supporting an International Higher Education Partnership in China. The University of Edinburgh seeks to further mature a partnership with a consortium of high-profile Chinese entities. The partnership intends to develop and deliver a ‘Health research, innovation and education programme.’ The university is now tendering to create a framework agreement to provide consultancy services from suitably qualified and experienced management consultancies to assist with phase 2 and possibly into phase 3 of the programme, to deliver the following objectives: — support the management and implementation of the programme; — monitor the progression of project plans and deliverables across the partnership to ensure achievement of mutually agreed objectives on-time and within budget; — demonstrate that the partnership delivers value for money; — advise on the balance of risk in the programme – strategic and delivery.
