Building Management System Maintenance Services

Tender description

South Yorkshire Passenger Transport Executive is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced provider of the above Services The contract will be for a term of 3 years. Services summary The services will include the following but is not limited to:- • 12 annual planned maintenance visits per annum • The identification of all faults within the BeMS system and recommendations for rectification complete with a full report within 2 weeks of the visit • Remote technical support, monitoring and upgrading (Mon to Fri) • Infrequent attendance to reactive repairs to the system • Upgrade of operating system to IQ VISION Labour costs to be included in planned maintenance costs but parts to be chargeable at cost prices Locations A current list of SYPTE facilities includes... • Interchanges at Sheffield, Rotherham, Meadowhall and Barnsley • Head office, Broad Street West Sheffield This list is not exhaustive and may be subject to amendment during the course of the contract. The estimated value of this contract per annum is between £9,000 and £ 12,000 (excluding cost of IQ vision upgrade)
