Remove mineral felt and asphalt coverings and upstands to first floor double patio roof and renew complete area and upstands in rock asphalt. Block off and seal internal outlet and breach through low parapet wall and install external hopper rainwater head and fall pipe into existing gully. A new party fence is then to be installed by others to divide the patio into two. Pre-arrange date to return to patio roof after completion of asphalting to work in conjunction with fencing contractor. Cut out three square holes in new asphalt in preparation for fencer to fix three metal posts onto the concrete deck. Seal around metal fence posts with asphalt upon installation by fencing contractor to prevent leaks into flats below.
