However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. To develop an IT platform to enable secure on line conversations with stakeholders tackling loneliness. In addition the provider will manage stakeholder engagement and provide research and analysis from a policy perspective to support evidence sharing and dissemination of best practice.
