Tender description
Carmarthenshire County Council is seeking to appoint suitably qualified and accredited contractors to undertake servicing of mechanical and electrical equipment and installations within its property portfolio. It is the Council's intention to split this arrangement according to specific work disciplines or sectors as well as into geographical areas (e.g. Countywide or North/South Carmarthenshire). However, at this stage, the lotting structure is still under development and the draft lot details are outlined in the pre-tender market engagement questionnaire. Final lot details will be published in the tender documentation.
