Private Sector Housing Stock Modelling

Tender description

An assessment of private housing sector, with particular emphasis on houses in multiple occupation, hard to heat homes and properties with serious hazards (such as falls on stairs) to provide up to date data on the number and condition of properties in the district. The agreement includes a 1-year licence for the contractor's dataset portal.\r \r This is a joint project with Ashford Borough Council, Dover District Council, Swale Borough Council, and Dartford Borough Council. The contract value recorded here is for Folkestone & Hythe District Council only. A joint funding application for this project has been accepted by the Private Rented Sector Innovation and Enforcement Grant fund.
