Tender description

The London Ambulance Service NHS Trust (the Contracting Authority) requires the provision of a replacement computer aided dispatch (CAD) system, along with its integration with other systems both within and external to the contracting authority, the implementation of the system, including training and the ongoing 24/7 support necessary and any other services or goods which may be required in connection with such services. It is currently envisaged that, in so far as is possible, the system shall be comprised of a commercially off the shelf product. Provision of a computer aided dispatch solution with associated services including (but not limited to) integration, implementation, training, ongoing support and maintenance. The initial term is 48 months with an option to extend for up to further a 36 months.
