Tendering organisations should be able to resource a single point of contact, initially by telephone in order to provide face to face counselling for referrals from the occupational health and welfare unit, self-referrals from GMP staff, volunteers including special constabulary and family members of GMP staff. A mobile application that facilitates access to a range of services/resources that support health and wellbeing with subject matter reflecting the unique needs of GMP. Access to online cognitive behavioural therapy modules with reviews with an online CBT coordinator.
