GB-Lowestoft: to supply desk IT configuration services to support building relocation requirements to Cefas

Tender description

To support the relocation of Cefas staff into a new office building currently being built on the existing Lowestoft site (NR33 0HT), Cefas require a suitable supplier to assist with the migration, setup and configuration of existing and new IT equipment onto already pre-positioned desks within this new building. The successful Tenderer will be given access to the new building where approximately 230 desks are required to be set-up as per Cefas standard IT desk setup. The furniture to which the IT set-up is required to be positioned will be in position prior placed by the Cefas appointed furniture supplier across multiple floorplates within the building. Of the 230 desks, 50% will be height adjustable and 50% non-height adjustable. The successful Tenderer will be required to fit each desk with: • 2x 24" Dell flat panel monitor; includes screw to VESA mount and adjust via hex keys to standard aspect with primary screen directly in front cabled with HDMI and power cable and secondary monitor to the left at an angle to the primary monitor and fitted with Display Port and power cable • All cables from monitors to be run through cable management system on monitor arms • Headset charging stand to be installed to left hand side of the desk • Dell USB C Dock to be fitted to the right-hand side of the desk and cabled up with HDMI and Display Port cables to monitors, power supply, network cable and USB for headset charging stand • Network cable to be plugged into appropriate network wall socket • Power cables to be plugged into a 4-way power block for each desk provided in cable management tray • All cables to be neatly organised using supplied Velcro straps and placed into desk cable tray To respond to this opportunity or to find out more, please follow this link: https://www.delta-esourcing.com/respond/R2Y5P2KT87
