Environmental/External Works Framework

Tender description

In the early part of 2021, Gentoo will seek to procure a Principal Contractor to deliver varying external works to its properties throughout Sunderland, Houghton, Hetton and Washington. The works will involve multiple trades and will include, but not be limited to: Boundary Works (Fencing, Brickwork, Gates, etc.), Remediation to porches, works to garages, hardstanding repairs and repairs to outbuildings. The budget for the works over a three year period is £3,500,000 excluding VAT. Should this Tender be of interest, please contact david.major@gentoogroup.com to register your interest.
