Tender description

The Retail Energy Code Company is seeking providers with the appropriate experience to provide a range of services required for the new Retail Energy Code (REC). REC These are: (a) REC Performance Assurance; (b) REC Professional Services; and (c) REC Technical Services functions. The Retail Energy Code Company is the corporate vehicle created to enable the implementation of the Retail Energy Code in an effective, proper and efficient way. The REC Performance Assurance Provider will assess and assure performance of the code parties and the other service providers. It will develop a performance assurance framework and then implement and manage, maintain and update it over the life of the contract. It will manage the code party entry and exit process and conduct market monitoring and code party compliance audits. It will assure code compliance, code processes and performance of the other service providers.
