Fusion21 is developing a new Building Safety and Compliance Framework. The framework is intended to support public sector organisations in managing the safety and compliance of their buildings. The draft Lot structure is included in this notice. This PIN Notice is being used to engage with the market to support Fusion21 in shaping the new framework, ensuring it is fit for the marketplace for the next 4 years. Fusion21 have created a short Survey questionnaire, suppliers are asked to complete the questionnaire. The scope of this Lot may include asbestos removal, disposal and making good. The scope of this Lot may include water hygiene consultancy services, undertaking risk assessments, producing management plans and related training. The scope of this Lot may include water hygiene and legionella monitoring, system labelling, temperature monitoring, TMV testing, water sampling and testing, system/tank chlorination, tank replacement, remedial works and dead leg removal. The scope of this Lot may include carrying out consultancy services in relation fire safety. This includes: Fire Risk Assessments, engineering, design, inspections/surveys, training, related software. The scope of this lot may include design and installation/ refurbishment/ upgrading of passive fire safety measure to provide fire rated building compartments, this includes compartmentation, fire doors, intumescent vents, fire resistant glazing and fire signage. The scope of this lot may include Fire Alarm Systems, Smoke Alarms, Emergency Lighting, Fire Fighting Equipment, Sprinkler Systems and AOVs. The scope of this lot may include fixed wire testing (EICRs), PAT testing, microwave testing, lightning conductor testing. The scope of this lot may also include Electrical Works and Re-wiring. The scope of this lot may include Door Entry / Access Control, CCTV, Auto Gates, Barriers, Doors, TV Aerial Equipment. The scope of this lot may include warden call systems and remote health monitoring. The scope of this lot may include the design, installation, maintenance, inspection and testing of equipment for local exhaust ventilation such as fume cupboards and dust extraction systems that control substances hazardous to health. The scope of this lot may include the design, installation, maintenance, inspection and testing of fall restraint and arrest systems protect whilst working at height.
