Tender description

This is an award notice. The University of Edinburgh has appointed a single supplier to provide an internal and external window cleaning service throughout the University’s estate. The contract will ensure that the University’s buildings are maintained to a high standard by regular maintenance and reactive window cleaning. The scope of the contract will be bi-annual window cleaning throughout the estate (with a very small number of occasional reactive specialised cleans). This contract was tendered on behalf of the University of Edinburgh and all University of Edinburgh Subsidiary Companies. Any and all of the University of Edinburgh’s Subsidiary Companies may access and utilise this Contract at any time during the relevant Contract period. This contract is for 2 years + 1 year + 1 year + 1 year extension options. This is an award notice.
