School catering services

Tender description

The Lambeth School Cluster comprises 8 primary schools in the London Borough of Lambeth. The proposed contract will be for the outsourced provision of catering services to the client. It is the client’s expectation that the successful bidder shall be responsible for the operation of the catering function including employment and management of staff, supply of foodstuffs, consumables and light equipment and preparing and serving appropriate meals. The contract period will be for 3 years initially with the option to extend for 2 further 1 year periods. The service is currently provided by a single outsourced provider. The services are to be provided at the following addresses: Crown Lane Primary School, Granton Primary School, Hitherfield Primary School Immanuel and St Andrew Church of England Primary School, Julian's School St Leonard's Church of England Primary School, Streatham Wells Primary School Sunnyhill Primary School.
