Request for Tenders for the supply, delivery, installation and maintenance of equipment for Construction Studies and Woodwork Preparation Room Equipment and Machinery

Tender description

Proposals from Tenderers are being sought to supply and deliver sustainable (where possible), install and maintain Construction Studies subject and Woodwork Preparation room equipment and machinery to Stepaside Educate Together Secondary School. It is intended to award a contract to a single service provider for this lot. Tenderers must be able to supply each item on the specification list as per the Lot tendered for as provided. An incomplete Lot will not be considered. The School requires a high quality, flexible and responsive service evolving towards green sustainable options, for the draw-down of the goods over an extended period with agreed timelines for delivery of goods with the successful tenderer(s). Stepaside ETSS is a new school which opened in August 2016. We are currently in temporary accommodation in Leopardstown, Dublin. This is our first Technology type subject room and it is a prefab structure. Due to the temporary nature of this accommodation, this equipment may have to removed and reinstalled in subsequent years. This removal and reinstallation are also included in the tender for some items only.
