Tender description
UK SBS wishes to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of the maintenance, servicing and repair of laboratory and scientific equipment. UK SBS is managing this procurement process in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as may be amended from time to time) (the ‘Regulations’). The Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) shall be in operation for a period of 2 years with the option to extend +1 +1 years. The DPS will be broken down into 41 categories: If you are successfully appointed to the DPS following your request to participate, you will be invited to submit tenders for relevant service requirements through a call for competition. The initial deadline for requests to participate is 11.00 on 28 October 2020, however, the DPS remains open to any supplier to request to participate throughout its 2-year duration. The DPS does not guarantee any minimum spend and there will be no form of exclusivity or volume guarantee under this DPS.
