Tender description

The employer wishes to award two contracts. One for the construction of Manse Farm School and another for the construction of North Northallerton School. Suppliers can submit a response for one or both of these projects. This is the construction of a new primary school with attached day nursery, staff and visitors car park, playgrounds and school playing field at land to the North of A59. This is the construction of a new single-storey primary school with car parking and coach layby, sprinkler tank, refuse store, two cycle shelters, perimeter fencing and gates and hard and soft landscaping at former agricultural land to the east of the A167 Darlington Road, Northallerton, DL6 2XB.
