Home Group are hosting a virtual Meet the Buyer event on the 21st September 2021 at 1pm. The session will be presented by Home Group's Director of Maintenance. Through various speakers from around our organisation we will be sharing the details of the opportunity to tender for our Responsive Repairs, Voids and Planned works in Scotland, covering Dundee and Fife and the Central belt regions which will be issued to the market in September. We will outline the services required and provide an insight in to Home Group's operational structure and the importance of delivering the service to our customers. Interested parties will have the opportunity to ask questions. The contracts will be split into: Dundee and Fife Central Belt The current annual value of each contract is £2-3m. The session is aimed at Contractors, materials suppliers need not attend.
