A scanning transmission electron analytical electron microscope primarily for the imaging and analysis of catalytic materials. Typical sample types include, but are not limited to: — supported and unsupported mono-metallic, bi-metallic, tri-metallic nanoparticles and metal clusters; — single atom catalysts; — metal oxide substrates such as TiO2, Al2O3, SiO2, ZrO2, MgO, ZnO, CeO2. Zeolites (AlSiOx), perovskites (ABO3), MOF’s and COF’s; — doped mixed metal oxides; — carbon supports: activated carbons, nanotubes, graphene.
