Tender description

This contract is for the re-decoration and associated repair works to the external areas and internal communal areas of Red Kite Community Housing’s residential properties. The total anticipated value for the works is up to GBP 1 500 000 per year. The contract is initially for a 3-year period. There will be an option to extend for a further 2 years in two separate one year extensions by agreement subject to satisfactory performance and compliance with European legislation. The total anticipated value for the works is up to GBP 1 500 000 per year. This will be awarded to a single contractor. The form of contract is the JCT Measured Term Contract 2016 as amended to reflect Red Kite’s requirements. The contract is initially for a 3-year period.
