Framework for the provision of interpretation and translation services Lot 1: Spoken Interpretation, Lot 2: Non Spoken Interpretation, Lot 3: Telephone Interpretation, Lot 4: Document Translation (Including transcription and ancillary services), Lot 5: Video Interpretation, Lot 6: Fully Managed Services, Lot 7: Quality Assurance Services. Providers wishing to be considered for this agreement should express their interest by emailing nic.langman@nhs.net detailing which particular lots they wish to bid. Spoken (face to face) interpretation services. Non spoken interpretation. Telephone interpretation services. Document translation services including transcription and ancillary services. Video interpretation. Fully managed interpretation and translation services as required by approved organisations. Provision of quality assurance services for interpretation and translation services.
