Design, procurement (or manufacture), testing, delivery, and installation of a Floating Lidar System. Design, procurement (or manufacture), testing, delivery, and installation of the Metocean Measurement Systems. Design, procurement (or manufacture), testing, delivery, and installation of the Floating Lidar System with adequate measurement equipment, power supply, communication systems, mooring and other auxiliary systems as required, including all necessary testing. Design, procurement (or manufacture), testing, delivery, and installation of the Metocean Measurement Systems including a Metocean Buoy equipped with the required sensor for measurements of Sea States, Current Profile, Water Levels, Atmospheric and other oceanographic conditions, a Wave buoy capable of measuring Sea States and Surface Current and a Frame on the Seabed equipped with the required sensor for measurements of Sea States, Currents and other oceanographic conditions with adequate measurement equipment, power supply, communication systems, mooring and other auxiliary systems as required, including all necessary testing.
