Tender description

The demolition and removal of existing building including Foundation Services, as well as Asbestos Containing Materials. Repairs to existing Fencing. The Gorge was a residential / office type property which was used as a youth centre. The front section of the building was a two story building, the back section was one story. The demolition works are forecast to continue for a period of 6 weeks. The Contract allows for a 6 months Defects Liability Period.
