Pest Control Services - Tunbridge Wells and Tonbridge & Malling Borough Councils

Tender description

Tunbridge Wells Borough Council (TWBC) and Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council (TMBC) ("the Councils") are inviting tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the treatment of rats and mice in domestic premises where an occupier is in receipt of a defined means-tested benefit. The service will also include the treatment of bedbugs and cockroaches in respect of TMBC. In addition to the above: 1) Ad hoc and additional work is included in the contract for a variety of pests for the Councils; 2) TMBC are inviting tenders for the control of pests at a range of their premises. 3) TWBC are inviting tenders for the control of pests on an ad-hoc basis in their premises and on land owned by the council. As part of the agreement, The Councils intend to refer details of residents requesting services not provided by the Councils (e.g. wasp treatments) to the successful tenderer. This service will be reflected in an annual Arrangement Fee payable by the contractor.
