North Lincolnshire Borough Council (the Authority) has established the next generation of the North Lincolnshire Council General Building and Highways Professional Services Framework, to assist with the delivery of the Authority’s Construction and Highways related work. It includes individual lots for Construction (General Building Services Lot 1) and Highways Related Services Professional services (Lot 2). Other key features include: •Lot 2 Services range in value from £1 to £300,000 per call off •Four-year duration •Potential total workload of up to £6 million (total of both lots) •Call offs will be under the NEC4 term service short contract •Other Local Authorities in the Yorkshire and Humber region will be able to call off the Framework
