Tender description

ICT services contract for Ofcom. Ofcom intends to run a procurement exercise for ICT services, to be awarded to a single provider. The purpose of this prior information notice is to inform interested service providers about Ofcom's plans and its requirements and to encourage suppliers to take part in a market engagement exercise. (Further information is available in our Market Engagement document). The ICT services are likely to include: • transition from incumbent to new supplier services (after shadowing/reverse shadowing) • integrated service management services • user support services • management of cloud (primarily Azure) hosting and storage services • network service management • application development, support and maintenance services using DevOps methodology • application implementation, configuration and development.
