West Dunbartonshire Council (WDC) is undertaking market research to inform the Procurement Strategy for WDC's ICT Security Partner & Agresso Consultant Partner project. The purpose of this market research questionnaire is to gather information which will be used to inform the procurement strategy for West Dunbartonshire Councils (WDC’s) ICT Security Partner and Agresso Constant Partner project. WDC requires specialised Cyber Security services, these can be compliance related services such as the councils obligation to carry out an annual IT Health check for Public Sector Network accreditation as well as ad hoc services such as post incident forensics, a full list of services offered by security partner vendors is listed below. WDC requires Unit 4 Business World consultants with the expertise and experience to carry out ad hoc system changes, improvements and developments to the council’s Business World system. The council currently runs Business World on our own server and will require to carry out periodic upgrades as necessary. We would require our Business World partner to lead on upgrades and to provide advice and guidance on software configuration and hardware implications of any proposed enhancements, changes and upgrades.
