Efficiency East Midlands (EEM) is a procurement consortia which establishes and manages a range of framework agreements. Our membership includes over 200 public sector organisations including housing associations and ALMO’s, local authorities, NHS trusts, education providers, emergency services, government agencies and charities. EEM wishes to procure and enter into a framework agreement with multiple contractors, each of which will provide services related to digital aerial systems and any additional relatable services, to support members in maintaining property stock standards. Our framework will cover all elements of digital aerials services as well as additional services to cover members housing stock where appropriate. Efficiency East Midlands Ltd (EEM) are looking to renew their framework for the provision of services related to digital aerial systems. The scope of works is likely to include, but not limited to: • servicing, maintenance and repair of digital aerial systems; • reactive repairs; • installation of new systems; • installation and relocation of individual aerials and satellites; • any additional elements associated with the works listed above. It is likely we will further split the core lots into geographical sublots. The framework is being procured by Efficiency East Midlands Ltd (‘EEM’) on behalf of their members and the other organisations described below as being authorised users.
