The complete design and construction of the new build Netherthird Primary School. This will comprise of the construction of the new primary school, ancillary works including external services, drainage, roads, fences, car parking, landscaping works, and works to existing boundaries. Along with associate works including the demolition of the existing primary school (including the Family Centre building), a new artificial sports pitch, outdoor learning and play areas.
