Franklin Sixth Form College requires an external service provider to fulfil their Student Transport Services requirements. The contract is currently outsourced to an external service provider. Franklin Sixth Form College is seeking a student transport service provision which will allow learners to travel from their home to the College site and back again daily, on college days only, Monday to Friday, and during term time only. \ \ The routes are assigned to Lots as follows: -\ \ 1.
