Tender description

Eastern Region is tendering a services framework to deliver a range of commercial support services. 3 lots are proposed, with each lot focusing on a specific specialism. These are: Lot 1: cost planning; Lot 2: procurement; and Lot 3: post-contract/claims management services. All lots will cover all services however, as well as additional ad-hoc commercial services including bench marking, auditing and assurance and business case support. The framework will be 3 years, plus the option of 2 further 1-year extensions. Lot 1 has a focus on cost planning and estimating services across the Eastern Region, however there is scope to use lot 1 for all commercial services covered under the framework in accordance with the commissioning process. The total framework value of GBP 39 million is not to be exceeded across all lots for the duration of the agreement. Lot 2 has a focus on procurement and pre-contract services across the Eastern Region, however there is scope to use lot 2 for all commercial services covered under the framework in accordance with the commissioning process. The total framework value of GBP 39 million is not to be exceeded across all lots for the duration of the agreement. Lot 3 has a focus on post-contract and claims management services across the Eastern Region, however there is scope to use lot 3 for all commercial services covered under the framework in accordance with the commissioning process.
