ENP specialises in the procurement of goods, works and services for the construction and maintenance of predominantly social housing properties. ENP wishes to procure and enter into a framework agreement with multiple consultants for the provision of consultancy services to be completed predominantly in/for social housing properties but may also be carried out in/for other public buildings or premises owned and/or managed by Public Sector organisations, including but not limited to, schools, universities, infrastructure sites and offices.
