Tender description

The Central Bank is seeking service providers to provide training and development services to its personnel, working closely with the Central Bank’s internal learning and development team. The services are divided into ten (10) separate lots and interested parties may tender for one, several or all lots. — career development workshops (beginners and intermediate), — interview skills training for competency-based interviewing. — influencing and impact skills (for non-managers), — negotiation and conflict resolution (for managers). — creating and delivering engaging presentations, — assertiveness/communicating with conviction, — developing a personal brand, — developing executive presence, — motivation and delegation skills. Managing Change with Agility. Emotional intelligence. — critical thinking skills, — decision making skills. Supervisory interview skills. Statutory reporting commitments. Data analysis and presentation for business proposals. — technology skills development, — digital leadership.
