The purpose of this tender is to establish suppliers under Northern Gas Networks (NGN) IT professional services framework. The purpose of this tender is to establish suppliers under Northern Gas Networks (NGN) IT professional services framework. The following are key requirements for the framework: • On demand capability to join the accelerated delivery work streams which will include: — access to experts for advice and guidance through calls and meetings; — experts to be able to join NGN teams on an NGN site for short-term engagements, ranging in duration from single days to approximately 3 months; — the ability to end early, without financial penalty, assignments if no value added or if there is a change in strategy; • value driven engagements with focus on how the expert is adding value to NGN; • support NGN with their Future WoW Roadmap delivery; • work with NGN to improve their Cyber Resilience; • proactive presentation of innovative ideas to NGN. The framework includes expert advice and expert delivery.
