Non-exclusive framework agreement for the supply catering consumables and equipment to NHS Supply Chain depots via the stocked/Blue diamond route or direct to customers via the eDirect/direct route to market. This framework agreement is for 24 months with the option to extend incrementally for up to a total period of 48 months. Precise quantities are unknown. It is anticipated that initial expenditure will be in the region of GBP 7 400 000 in the first year of this framework agreement however this is approximate only and the values may vary depending on the requirements of those bodies purchasing under the framework agreement. It is anticipated that the expenditure of the 4-year term of the framework agreement will be in the region of GBP 48 000 000. For the supply of a range of catering consumables consisting of both disposables and non-disposables. Inclusive of but not limited to: — disposables; sustainable range, vending cups, water cups, coffee cups, napkins, food packaging, film and foil, tableware, cutlery, plates and bowls, straws and stirrers; — non-disposables; crockery, cutlery, glassware, jugs and tumblers, specialist patient feeding, specialist patient hydration. Precise quantities are unknown. It is anticipated that initial expenditure will be in the region of GBP 24 800 000 to GBP 36 000 000 throughout the duration of this framework agreement (including all extension periods). However this is approximate only and the values may vary depending on the requirements of those bodies purchasing under the framework agreement. The following certification will be a requirement of the upcoming tender exercise and applicants may be required to include evidence of this with their tender submission. ISO 9001:2015 or equivalent externally accredited and up-to-date quality standard certificate(s) to cover all segments of the applicant's (and the product's) supply chain. This should include but not be limited to manufacturing, storage and distribution. Applicants should note that if an applicant intends to commit to obtain ISO 9001 at tender submission then further evidence will be asked for with their bid to provide evidence of their current position in obtaining ISO 9001. The requirement is that ISO 9001 is in place at prior to the commencement of the framework agreement (in order for NHS Supply Chain to trade with the successful applicant). This framework agreement is for 24 months with the option to extend incrementally for up to a total period of 48 months. For the supply of a range of catering equipment and associated accessories to NHS Supply Chain, Inclusive of but not limited to: — capital equipment; refrigeration, prime cooking, ovens, grills and fryers, blast chillers, serving counters, heated counters, dishwashers, griddles; — light equipment; kettles, microwaves, mixers, slicer, blenders, toasters, beverage machines. Precise quantities are unknown. It is anticipated that initial expenditure will be in the region of GBP 2 800 000 to GBP 7 000 000 throughout the duration of this framework agreement (including all extension periods). However this is approximate only and the values may vary depending on the requirements of those bodies purchasing under the framework agreement. Precise quantities are unknown. It is anticipated that initial expenditure will be in the region of GBP 2 000 000 to GBP 5 000 000 throughout the duration of this framework agreement (including all extension periods). However this is approximate only and the values may vary depending on the requirements of those bodies purchasing under the framework agreement.
