Tender description

The existing central plant serving the heating, hot water and cold water systems within Murray House at HM Open Estate Castle Huntly is approaching the end of its useful economic life. The Employer requires a contractor to design, supply and install replacement boiler plant, associated pumps, pressurisation unit and ancillaries, replacement cold water tank and associated cold water booster set and one replacement gas fired water heater, with minimal disruption to the occupants of Murray House and the wider Establishment The SPS intends to commence this procurement in good faith. Full ITT documents shall be made available via Public Contract Scotland Tender (PCS-T) in due time.
