Young Persons Provider Event

Tender description

Bridgend County Borough Council is planning to procure supported accommodation and community based services for young people aged between 16 and 21 years old. The Accommodation for the supported units are provided as part of the tender. No alcohol or illegal substances are to be consumed on the project, however due to the nature of the project the provider will be required to work with individuals who maybe heavily under the influence of alcohol or substances. The support will range from high level of intense support for complex and chaotic young people to low-level support. The staffing model will vary dependent on each project within the contract with 24 hour staffing, 365 days of the year, required for all project which house under 18 year olds. We will be looking for the provider to present their staffing module and how they will ensure each project is adequately staffed. Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic and subsequent restrictions, the provider event will be held virtually with each organisation being allocated a one hour time slot.
