Tender description

The contracting entity intends to establish a framework arrangement under which it shall appoint an economic operator to enter into a framework agreement for the provision of fixed lines telephony services. The framework agreement will be for a period of five (5) years with an option, exercisable entirely at the discretion of the contracting entity and subject to the terms of the framework agreement, to extend by a further optional period of up to three (3) years, with a total potential duration of eight (8) years. The estimated value of the overall eight (8) year framework agreement is between GBP 1.5 million-GBP 2.25 million excluding VAT. The provision of a fixed line telephony services. NIE Networks require a solution capable of supporting NIE Network’s requirement to make and receive calls to and from the public telephone network over a range of technologies including ISDN30e, ISDN2e and PSTN lines.
