Modification Notice Original description: Provision of a Fixed Mechanical Equipment, Repairs and Maintenance Service Description of the modifications Fixed mechanical equipment repairs and maintenance - short extension to contract which will allow a full review of our specification prior to going back out to the market later in the year/beginning of next year Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances: Members of the procurement team have been responsible for purchasing PPE and recovery plan materials to allow area offices and depots to re-open and continue to ensure any repairs and maintenance to any group properties can be completed in a safe working manner to both the tenant and member of staff.
