Tender description

Norfolk Community Health and Care NHS Trust (NCHC), on behalf of the Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust (NSFT) have awarded a contract for the provision of internal mail and courier transport services – run in accordance with the ‘Light Touch Regime’, and performed in a manner compliant with the Public Contract Regulations 2015. The services provided include the collection, transportation and delivery of: — internal mail, including secure tracked mail, — delivering pharmacy goods, specimen, stores and delivery/collection of internal mail, — other ad hoc deliveries as requested, case by case, instructed by a P/O using the contracted rates which form the basis of the main schedules. The contract has been awarded for an initial two year term and is extendable by a further two years (maximum four year contract).
