UCLH would like to procure a contract management system to support the commercial and contract management directorate support the Trust to manage a number of high level, high value contracts. The solution will be expected to assist in contract management, including monitoring and recording performance management, financial management, relationship management and associated deliverables for the provision of the clinical and non-clinical services. This opportunity is to be let in 2 lots. — Lot 1: Private Patients Contract, — Lot 2: PFI Contract. UCLH reserves the right to let the lots individually, together or not at all. Tenderers are required to clearly identify which lots they intend to bid for within their submission. As part of the North Central London Sustainability and Transformation Partnership (NCLSTP) this contract may be made available to those organisations included within the NCLSTP. https://www.northlondonpartners.org.uk/about/who-we-are.htm The Trust would like to procure a contract management system to primarily manage the services agreement and associated schedules for the provision of the clinical and non-clinical services. The Trust would also like to maintain a copy of the leases on the contract management system and receive notifications of any key dates within the leases. UCLH are mid-way through a 40-year PFI (Private Finance Initiative), Project with Healthcare Management (UCLH) Ltd, (HMU). The Project funded, designed and now operates the PFI element of the UCLH Estate, i.e. The Tower, The Podium and Elizabeth Garrett Anderson Wing. Both the Soft and hard Facilities Management Services (FM) are provided by HMU through their FM service partner. There is a Non PFI Estate and at this time, the Non PFI Estate does not fall within the scope of this tender but may be added at a later stage. The nature of PFI’s includes a large volume of documentation relating to the project and the process for managing the operational and financial performance of the contracts are complex and extensive with many of the processes being time critical. Therefore UCLH is looking for a contract management system that would have capacity to support a project of the size and complexity of the UCLH PFI project.
