It is envisaged that FfWHR will require external assistance to deliver training to volunteer tour guides at the early stages of Delivery and ‘train the trainer’ for key staff and volunteers to develop organisational capacity and resilience. This external assistance does not form part of the scope of work for this brief, but FfWHR would be interested to hear in outline terms what the consultant could offer in this regard. Expertise in specialisms such as working with learning programmes or hard to reach audiences is desirable.
