Conversion of former Montrose Swimming Pool into Montrose Playhouse - A new arts hub and 3 screen cinema, which includes a bar / cafe, kitchen, box office, community rooms, external works and general fit out of building for conversion works. Montrose Playhouse Project group require suitably qualified and experienced contractors to provide main contractor services for the delivery of a conversion project from a former swimming pool into a three-screen cinema and art centre.
