Tender description
Bath and North East Somerset Council is intending to approach the market with a concession procurement process, toward the end of September, to procure a concessionaire to develop and operate facilities at Entry Hill and the Approach. The Contractor will be required to maintain and operate the facility with the aim of providing and activity or activities that support the Councils required outcomes. For the purposes of this PIN and Market Engagement Exercise, the contract length has been set at 5 years. The actual contract term may be changed before the start of the procurement process.
