Tender description

Provision of electrical services including supply and install smoke detectors, fans, external lighting, rewiring etc. This will be a 3 year contract with an option to extend up to a further 24 months, subject to the continued need of the council. Provision of electrical services such as the supply and installation of smoke detectors, external lighting, rewiring, and similar types of electrical service. A contract will be awarded to a sole Contractor to support the councils electrical services. The contract will be for a period of 3 years with an option to extend for a further 24 months, subject to the needs of the council. The contract will be evaluated using a weighting of 70% price / 30% quality. Details of mandatory requirements e.g. insurance, community benefits etc will be included in the tender.
