The Council seeks a solution comprising scanning services and automated invoice processing software that will facilitate significant efficiency savings and drive improvements in its invoice management processes by significantly reducing the amount of manual intervention required to input, validate and manage invoice data. Tenderers must have and be able to offer an existing software system to facilitate automated invoice processing which will require minimal or no additional development to meet the Council’s requirements, although a period of configuration and mobilisation of the proposed System is expected and accepted. Please note: the Council does not wish to procure a System which will require an extensive design and development phase to meet the specification of requirements before it can be deployed.
