Tender description

The blocks consists of 6 individual residential units, which are served by front and rear communal entrances and communal staircases. The blocks are three storeys in height and are located in a residential estate. The residents of Bamber House consists solely of private residents (leaseholders) who have exercised their right to buy. The residents of Denton House contain both leasehold and tenanted properties. The blocks consist of the main building and a single storey bin and storage area to the rear. The roof is failing due to deterioration from general age and continued exposure from the sun, wind and rain. There are various penetrations through the roofs that may be adding to the failure of the roofing system. It was therefore decided that as the roofs are at the end of their useful lifespan and that they should be replaced as a matter of urgency.
