Planning Consultant for New Crewe Fire Station

Cheshire Fire Authority are undertaking a construction project, to rebuild their existing Fire Station at Crewe with a new replacement Fire Station. The Authority wishes to employ a Planning Consultant to assist the Authority in obtaining Planning Consent for the replacement fire station. This appointment will cover the provision of guidance and advice throughout the planning process up to discharging the pre commencement planning conditions. It will include guidance on how to adhere to the Planning Policies of Cheshire East Council and steering the application through the pre planning and planning application processes to reach a successful conclusion in the shortest timescale.
