Paving Works around The Pavilion, Mill Meadows, Henley-on-Thames

Tender description

Improvements to the paved area around The Pavilion at Mill Meadows, Henley-on-Thames. The area is approximately 540 sqm and currently made up of different surfaces including grasscrete, paving slabs, and block paving. The work, detailed in the attached specification, will include: 1. Removing the existing various surfaces adjacent to the Pavilion. 2. Preparing the groundwork, ensuring adequate drainage, and supplying and installing new block paving. 3. Block paving to be in different neutral shades in order to delineate pedestrian only areas from car parking, vehicle access areas. 4. Improving the existing slab steps and risers. NB It is not intended to replace the tarmac "road" providing access to the car parking area. It is intended that the work will take place between October 2020 and March 2021.
